P R E F E R R E D T I M E L I N E

We prefer to receive your order for welcome cards placed 4 - 6 weeks prior to your wedding date (or earlier if you know all the information!), and no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date. We require the information in full before we begin the design.

Design layout may vary from the sample depending on the information provided.

If you place your order less than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date, a rush fee of $50 will apply for the design of your welcome card, plus a $25 fee for rush printing. This will be invoiced separately.

Please check for accuracy and all content before submitting the information. We will email the initial proof within 3-5 business days. You will get one complimentary revision for your welcome cards. Each revision after that will incur a $25 fee that will be invoiced separately and will need to be paid in full before going to production.

P R O D U C T I O N T I M E L I N E
After final payment and approval, your order will be sent into production and no further changes can be made. For this reason, it is very important to review your proofs, making certain everything is correct. Welcome cards typically take two weeks in production once approved. Now for the exciting part! Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule local pick up or notify you that your order has shipped.

Once your order has been approved and final payment has been made. Your order will be released into production. Production typically takes two weeks. Once your order has shipped we will notify you that you order is on the way and provide the UPS tracking number.
