She’s incredibly responsive, friendly, and of course — talented! As we got further into planning, I knew I just wanted to have Frances handle all of our day of stationery items versus going the DIY route because she truly just made me feel important and taken care of. We had a couple hiccups come up, but she handled everything with ease, kindness and a willing-to-do-anything for me attitude which was so huge and comforting for me as a (often flustered) bride.
